Astro*Synthesis is a four-year part time educational program into depth astrology. The program is structured in units and has two levels: the first two years are the basic certificate course, which covers the essentials in contemporary astrology and leads to the Certificate in Applied Astrology. The last two years comprise the advanced program, which leads to the Diploma in Applied Astrology. Supplementary workshops are held on Saturdays throughout the year. The program is available for students who wish to pursue astrology for formal qualifications or for their own interest. The main tutors in the program are Brian Clark and Glennys Lawton. Both Brian and Glennys are Accredited Astrology Teachers (AAT) with the Federation of Australian Astrologers (FAA) and teach classes in all four years.

The AAAC Academy is located in Melbourne Victoria Australia, where our specialty is teaching Beginners to Advanced Astrology through correspondence. There is also a Senior Research Group for AAAC Academy graduates, many of whom are now practising professional astrologers. Whilst some of our students hold University degrees, there is no pre-requisite educational requirement to study astrology. All mathematical formulas are streamlined and simplified. Astrology House was established in Auckland at the end of 1979 and officially opened at 6:30pm on 25th June 1980. Founded by Owen Redwood Avis, Hamish Saunders and Mark Griffin with the intention to raise the standard of professional astrological practice in New Zealand. In 1994 Angela Thomas joined the Astrology House team as a full-time consulting astrologer. Owen Avis studied with Reinhold Ebertin in Germany during the 1950s and learned the astrological system of Cosmobiology from him. Whilst Cosmobiology is the principal astrological system used at Astrology House traditional methods of astrology are also employed. The main business of Astrology House is to prepare and interpret personal astrological charts for individuals. Since 1980 Astrology House has built up a clientele numbering in excess of 13,000.
